Lorren Riggle – COO
Lorren Riggle is a senior executive business process consultant with a 20 plus years history of solutions-focused service. Serving in leadership for management consulting and technology firms DKM, Inc., IRIS Technologies, and his own Lorren Riggle & Associates, LLC., he is recognized for his ability to optimize business processes and expedite ERP deployment.
Riggle’s areas of expertise encompass business operations, supply chain management, business flow architecture, finance, procurement, project management, safety, human resources, and facilities asset management. He has assisted companies in implementing for FDA and ISO certifications.
His wide knowledge of state-of-the-art best business process systems has led to the development of business process improvement strategies across manufacturing sectors that cover electronics, medical device, aerospace, nuclear power, scientific specialties, and general manufacturing. Extensive use of Plex Manufacturing Cloud, Made2Manage ERP by Aptean, and Oracle NetSuite has enhanced his ability to develop business solutions for clients of all markets.
Service is at the heart of Riggle’s success – service to clients and service to community. Bringing his expertise in in business process optimization to his local Hempfield Township Emergency Management Agency and West Point Fire Department he has improved the service for these vital first responders. Additionally, he was the Operations Manager for Charter Oak Church, a multi-site mega church with an average weekly attendance of greater than 2000. Throughout his career Riggle has enjoyed hands-on experience spearheading ERP selection, deployment and oversight of client training and improving business processes to best of class. His work has benefited 100+ companies in 35 different states and 10 countries including Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Singapore, Australia, and Zimbabwe.
Balasubramani Ganesh (Ganesh) – CEO
Ganesh has over 25 years of hands-on experience in Business Process Re-Engineering, Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting for Manufacturing Organizations. He has worked over 100+ projects for streamlining Manufacturing Operations via process improvements and implementation of ERP systems resulting in substantial bottom line growth; and specializes in Food and Beverage, Electronics, Industrial Components, Aerospace, Medical Device, and EMS Industries.
He started his career with Transamerica Delaval (Wiggins Connectors Division), an Aerospace and Defense component manufacturer. He was instrumental in developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing in his division, which was recognized by Raytheon as the as the Best Supplier out of 3000 candidates.
He also worked for SAP America, (Public Sector and Education unit), and presented SAP powered solution in supply chain management, to Marine Corps, NAVAIR, SPAWAR (San Diego) LOGMOD, NASA and DLA.
More recently, and in addition to playing management role at his startup MTSI and DKM, Ganesh has served as a strategic advisor and founding team member of several startups in the Aerospace & Defense and Medical Device industry.
Ganesh also volunteers in local school fundraising and was a referee/coach with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in Diamond Bar, California.
He has been a member of the USC Department Advisory Board of Daniel J. Epstein Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, since 2014.
